We believe vodka should earn its place in the glass. So we made it the hero, not the base. FELLOW is flavour-led, balanced and sophisticated, the foundational flavour of the drink rather than something that hides behind everything else.

It's a nod to the golden era of the '50s and '60s, when the martini put vodka front and centre. We're bringing that same confidence back, with flavour and character built into the spirit itself.

FELLOW is crafted the way great food is created. Every expression is infused with real ingredients, distilled in a gin-style process, and built around the five culinary taste profiles: sour, sweet, savoury, salty and bitter. In cooking, these are the building blocks of balance, depth and appetite appeal. We use the same framework to design our vodka, so every drop carries real flavour, texture and presence.

We're not adding flavour on top of vodka. We distil and infuse real botanicals so the spirit itself does the work.

The FELLOW craft way

Every FELLOW spirit is distilled in-house in Melbourne, a globally renowned culinary capital that inspires our pursuit of flavour, craft and innovation.

At the heart of our distillation philosophy is the art of layering flavour, drawing out the full spectrum of an ingredient's character by treating it in different ways, at different stages. We use a three-stage approach: maceration, distillation and vapour infusion. Maceration captures the truest botanical flavour and aroma. Distillation pulls deeper, adding weight, earthy base notes and a rich extraction of oils. Vapour infusion through the vodka basket rounds out the spirit with more lifted, aromatic notes and a delicate touch of oil.

Often we'll use the same ingredient in two ways at once. Orange, for example, might be distilled in full to give depth and body, while also appearing as orange peel in the basket to deliver brightness and lift. It's how we sculpt layers of flavour with real precision, balancing texture with clarity and weight with freshness.

Nowhere is this more evident than in FELLOW Classic, our flagship vodka. Distilled not once but six times through copper, run low and slow, we extend copper contact to bind unwanted sulfur compounds and soften acetaldehyde for a cleaner, more refined spirit with a rounded mouthfeel. We then finish with our proprietary Carbon Copper filtration, a technique unique to FELLOW that polishes the liquid further, enhancing purity while preserving texture and integrity. The result is a vodka that's exceptionally smooth but never stripped. Clean, but still characterful. A true modern classic, crafted through deliberate layers and the culinary culture that surrounds us.
