Welcome to Fellow Vodka. This website (www.drinkfellow.com.au) (the "Site") is owned and operated by Tailored Beverage Co Pty Ltd ("Fellow", "we", "us", or "our").

Alcohol products purchased through this Site are sold and supplied by WAT Manufacturing Solutions Pty Ltd (the "Licensee"), which holds the liquor licence under which those products are sold. Where you purchase an alcohol product through the Site, your contract of sale for that product is with the Licensee.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). Please read them carefully before using the Site. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use or access the Site.

1. About Fellow Vodka

Fellow Vodka is an Australian-owned brand that produces and distributes premium vodka and related products. Our website shares information about our products, brand and partnerships, and allows you to purchase selected products online for delivery within Australia.

Fellow products are also available through approved retail partners such as Dan Murphy's and BWS. Where you purchase a Fellow product through a third-party retailer, that transaction is governed by the retailer's own terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility and Responsible Use

This Site is intended for, and alcohol products may only be purchased by, persons aged 18 years or over. By using the Site or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and are legally permitted to purchase and consume alcohol in your jurisdiction.

It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years. We and the Licensee may require valid proof of age at the time of purchase and on delivery, and may refuse or cancel any order or delivery where age cannot be verified, where the recipient appears to be under 18, or where the recipient appears to be intoxicated.

You agree to:

• use the Site for lawful purposes only;
• not engage in activities that could harm, disable or impair the Site or interfere with others' use of it; and
• not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its systems.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, graphics, video and design — is owned or licensed by Tailored Beverage Co Pty Ltd and protected under Australian copyright and trademark law.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or use any material from this Site for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

4. Third-Party Links

The Site may include links to third-party websites (such as retail partners). These links are provided for convenience and do not signify endorsement. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices or terms of those third-party sites.

5. Orders, Sales and Delivery of Alcohol

(a) Alcohol products on the Site are sold and supplied by the Licensee, WAT Manufacturing Solutions Pty Ltd, under its liquor licence (see the Liquor Licensing Notice below).

(b) When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. An order is only accepted once we (or the Licensee) confirm acceptance and dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order, including where stock is unavailable, where there is a pricing or product error, where age or identity cannot be verified, or where supply would breach our liquor licensing obligations or any law.

(c) Prices are displayed in Australian dollars and include GST unless otherwise stated. We make reasonable efforts to ensure pricing and product information is accurate, but errors may occur. Where an error affects your order, we will contact you and you may choose to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund of that item.

(d) Delivery of alcohol products is governed by our Delivery Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Alcohol cannot be left unattended; a person aged 18 or over must be present to accept delivery and may be required to provide proof of age and a signature. Delivery drivers may refuse delivery where suitable identification is not provided or where the recipient appears under 18 or intoxicated.

(e) Returns, refunds and replacements are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

6. Liquor Licensing Notice

Liquor on this Site is sold by WAT Manufacturing Solutions Pty Ltd. Liquor Licence No: [insert WAT Manufacturing Solutions liquor licence number].

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. These Terms, together with the Delivery Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy and Privacy Policy, make up the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Site.
