Delivery Policy
(a) We will deliver products to the delivery address provided at the time of placing your order, where possible. We currently deliver Australia-wide unless our delivery providers do not service your area. If we are unable to deliver to your nominated address, we will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable. We do not currently offer international shipping.
(b) Due to the nature of our products and applicable liquor licensing requirements, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes, parcel lockers, locked bags, or unattended collection points. Orders must be placed using a valid residential or business street address where a person aged 18 years or older is available to accept delivery.
(c) Because our products contain alcohol, they cannot be left unattended. You, your authorised representative, or the recipient of a gift (or their authorised representative) must be present at the delivery address to accept delivery. Deliveries may require a signature and proof of age on delivery, and our delivery partners do not offer "Authority to Leave" or unattended delivery for orders containing alcohol.
(d) If no suitable person aged 18 or older is available to accept delivery, our delivery partners may:
- reattempt delivery;
- redirect the parcel to a local depot or collection point where proof of age and signature can be verified on collection; or
- return the parcel to us.
For the reasons set out in clause (b), parcels will not be redirected to parcel lockers or other unattended collection facilities. We cannot guarantee that redirection to a particular depot or collection point will be available in your area.
(e) Delivery costs are displayed on the Site at checkout. Where a delivery is reattempted or redirected following a failed delivery attempt, additional delivery charges may apply.
(f) We may use a range of third-party delivery providers, including but not limited to CouriersPlease, Allied Express, FedEx (incl. its TNT-branded services), and Australia Post.
(g) We generally dispatch orders within 2 business days unless otherwise stated on the Site. Any delivery timeframes displayed on the Site are estimates only and may vary depending on carrier operations, location, weather events, peak periods, or other delays outside of our control.
(h) If you need to change your delivery address or delivery instructions, you must notify us immediately in writing. While we will take reasonable steps to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee amendments can be made once an order has been processed, dispatched, or collected by a carrier.
(i) You acknowledge that our delivery providers may request valid proof of identification confirming that the recipient is at least 18 years old before releasing alcohol products. Delivery drivers may refuse delivery if suitable identification is not provided.
(j) We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or withhold delivery where:
- the recipient appears to be under the age of 18;
- the recipient appears intoxicated or under the influence of drugs or alcohol; or
- delivery would otherwise breach applicable laws or liquor licensing obligations.
Where an order is cancelled or withheld under this clause, any refund will be handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
(k) Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery to the nominated delivery address provided in your order. Once delivery has occurred, you assume sole responsibility for the products.
(l) Title to the products remains with us until full payment has been received in accordance with these Terms.
(m) You acknowledge that carrier scans, delivery photographs, a recipient's signature, or delivery confirmations provided by the carrier may be relied upon as proof of delivery.
(n) We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, losses, or additional costs arising from:
- incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by you;
- no suitable person aged 18 or older being available to accept delivery; or
- failure to collect parcels from depots or collection points within the required timeframe.
