Nostalgia, topped with extra Milo
The Aussie Breakfast Cocktail. FELLOW Vanilla & Cream Vodka shaken with Irish cream and a homemade Milo syrup, then garnished with a chunk of Weet-Bix because, well, of course it is.
It's chocolatey, creamy, and tastes like watching Saturday morning cartoons - just strictly for grown-ups this time.

Ingredients

40ml FELLOW Vanilla & Cream Vodka
- 30ml Irish cream (we used Baileys)
- 30ml Milo syrup
- Extra Milo + a chunk of Weet-Bix, to garnish
For the Milo syrup: whisk 30g of Milo into 15ml of warm water until completely smooth - no clumps allowed.
method
1. Add vodka, Irish cream and Milo syrup to a shaker with ice
2. Shake it like you eat twenty Weet-Bix for breakfast
3. Double strain into a Nick & Nora
4. Garnish with a dusting of Milo and a chunk of Weet-Bix for texture
