The Crimson Highball 🐉✨ fresh dragonfruit muddled with simple syrup, FELLOW Lemongrass & Citrus Vodka and a bittersweet touch of Averna, lengthened with soda. It's striking, it's pink, and yes - it tastes as good as it looks.

Ingredients
- 45ml FELLOW Lemongrass & Citrus Vodka
- 15ml Averna
- ¼ fresh dragonfruit
- 10ml simple syrup
- Soda water
- Dash of orange bitters + dragonfruit, to garnish
method
1. Scoop the dragonfruit flesh into a mixing glass and muddle with the simple syrup
2. Add the vodka and Averna, fill with ice and stir down
3. Strain into a highball over fresh ice
4. Top with soda
5. Finish with a dash of orange bitters and a wedge of dragonfruit
