Spicy, savoury and full of umami. This is a Bloody Mary with an Asian twist.

A brunch classic like you've never experienced before.

Why FELLOW makes it unique: Tomato and lime set the base, soy and mirin bring depth, and pickled ginger adds that sharp hit. FELLOW Sichuan & Celery Vodka finishes it with heat and freshness.

Ingredients

  • 90ml FELLOW Sichuan & Celery Vodka
  • 200ml tomato juice
  • 30ml fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 2 tsp pickled ginger liquid
  • 1 tsp mirin
  • 1 tsp wasabi

method

1. Add tomato juice, lime juice, soy sauce, mirin and pickled ginger liquid to a glass and stir
2. In a shaker, combine vodka and wasabi and dry shake until smooth
3. Pour the spiced vodka mixture over the tomato base
4. Garnish with lime leaves, lemongrass and skewered pickled ginger

Hosting tip: Adjust the wasabi to your heat level. it should bite, not overpower
