Ingredients

90ml FELLOW Sichuan & Celery Vodka
- 200ml tomato juice
- 30ml fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp pickled ginger liquid
- 1 tsp mirin
- 1 tsp wasabi
method
1. Add tomato juice, lime juice, soy sauce, mirin and pickled ginger liquid to a glass and stir
2. In a shaker, combine vodka and wasabi and dry shake until smooth
3. Pour the spiced vodka mixture over the tomato base
4. Garnish with lime leaves, lemongrass and skewered pickled ginger
