The Concrete Jungle Bird: our sweeter, smoother riff on the tiki classic, swapping rum for FELLOW Orange & Cacao Vodka. Pineapple and lime bring the holiday, Campari brings the bite, and the cacao rounds the whole thing into something dangerously sessionable.
Why FELLOW makes it unique: the orange bridges the pineapple and Campari, while the cacao smooths the bitterness for a softer landing than the original.
Ingredients

45ml FELLOW Orange & Cacao Vodka

45ml pineapple juice

15ml Campari

15ml fresh lime juice

15ml sugar syrup
- Leafy greens, to garnish
method
1. Add everything to a shaker with ice
2. Shake hard until well chilled
3. Double strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice
4. Garnish with a leafy green canopy - then it's time to take flight
