This is a dessert-style martini that still drinks like a proper cocktail. Pistachio liqueur brings sweetness and body, tahini adds a creamy, nutty texture, and the vodka ties everything together with bright orange oils and soft cacao warmth. Shaken hard, it becomes thick, smooth and velvety.

Ingredients
- 60ml FELLOW Orange & Cacao Vodka
- 45ml Pistachio liqueur
- 1 tsp Tahini
- 15ml Sugar syrup
- Dubai Chocolate to garnish
method
1. Dry shake all ingredients to properly emulsify the tahini
2. Add ice and shake again until smooth and chilled
3. Strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass
4. Garnish with chocolate
