Ingredients
- 30ml FELLOW Lemongrass & Citrus Vodka
- 30ml fresh lemon juice
- 5ml maple syrup
- 3 slices fresh ginger
- Top with soda water or ginger beer
method
1. Muddle ginger slices in a shaker to release flavour
2. Add vodka, lemon juice and maple syrup
3. Add ice and shake hard until chilled
4. Double strain into a highball glass over fresh ice
5. Top with soda water
6. Garnish with a slice of candied gingers
