The Japanese Drifter: an elevated take on the Japanese Slipper 🍈🍊

Melon liqueur, fresh yuzu and floral Italicus, lifted with FELLOW Lemongrass & Citrus Vodka and shaken to a thick, silky foam. All the fun of the 90s classic, none of the sticky-sweet regret.

Why FELLOW makes it unique: the lemongrass echoes the yuzu's aromatics while the citrus keeps the melon honest - fresher, sharper, more grown-up.

Ingredients

• 30ml FELLOW Lemongrass & Citrus Vodka
• 30ml melon liqueur (we used Paesano's)
• 15ml yuzu juice
• 15ml Italicus
• Egg white (or 30ml aquafaba for a vegan option)
• Dehydrated orange, to garnish

method

1. Add everything to a shaker and dry shake (no ice) to build the foam
2. Add ice and shake again until well chilled
3. Strain into a Nick & Nora
4. Garnish with a dehydrated orange wheel

Hosting tip: Don't forget to mention how the lemon's came from your own tree (or stolen from a neighbour)
