A coastal vodka sour made with FELLOW Saltbush & Olive Vodka, bright lemon, olive brine and a soft silky foam.

Ingredients

• 45ml FELLOW Saltbush & Olive Vodka
  
• 10ml blue curaçao
• 30ml lemon juice
• 10ml sugar syrup
• 15ml olive brine
• Egg white or aquafaba

method

1. Dry shake all ingredients without ice
2. Add ice and shake again until frothy and chilled
3. Strain into a short glass with a salt rim
4. Garnish with an olive
