A rich, cloud-like espresso martini finished with hand-whipped cream peaks, lightly blowtorched for a true soufflé effect -designed for Date Night.

This is dessert, reimagined as a cocktail. Bold espresso and gentle sweetness sit underneath a warm, toasted cream topping, while FELLOW Vanilla & Cream Vodka ties it all together with a smooth, rounded finish. It’s indulgent, theatrical, and absolutely worth the extra step.

Expect deep coffee flavour, subtle vanilla warmth, silky texture, and a toasted, marshmallow-like finish from the cream.

Why FELLOW makes it unique: The vanilla rounds out the Coffee Liqeuer bitterness and complements the toasted cream, creating a dessert-like finish without becoming overly sweet.

Ingredients

  • 45ml FELLOW Vanilla & Cream Vodka
  • 45ml coffee liqueur
  • 15ml sugar syrup
  • 2 Dashes Chocolate bitters
  • Lightly whipped Coffee cream (whipped to soft peaks)

method

1. Shake vodka, coffee liqueur and sugar syrup hard with ice
2. Strain into a chilled martini glass
3. Whip heavy cream with a drizzle of Coffee Liqeuer, forming soft peaks. Spoon whipped cream on top
4. Lightly blowtorch the cream until just toasted

Hosting tip: Make sure to use the blow torch in front of an audience
