FELLOW Classic (Classic) — Clean, smooth and crisp. Six-times distilled through copper with Carbon Copper filtration to polish the spirit and remove heavier compounds, leaving a refined vodka that keeps its texture — smooth and substantial in any serve. The perfect base for traditional cocktails and simple serves.

Lemongrass & Citrus (Sour) — Bright, lifted citrus with fresh lemongrass, zest of finger lime and a clean, vibrant snap. A soft texture carries through to a dry, spiced finish of cinnamon with a ginger warmth and gentle aromatic complexity.

Vanilla & Cream (Sweet) — Silky and indulgent, with vanilla, caramelised butter and a warm, maple-like richness. Finishes long and smooth with subtle orange marmalade and liquorice sweetness.

Saltbush & Olive (Salty) — Coastal and savoury, with herbaceous olive leaf, a silky olive oil texture and a distinctly mineral, saline edge. Pink grapefruit brightens the top notes before settling into a dry, Mediterranean finish of rosemary, bay and dill.

A gin-style process of maceration, distillation and vapour infusion layers flavour with real precision. Six times distilled and polished through our proprietary Carbon Copper Filtration for a cleaner, smoother spirit.

REAL INGREDIENTS

We don't add flavour on top of vodka. We distil and infuse real botanicals so the spirit itself brings flavour, texture and presence. All natural, with no artificial flavouring.
