Orange & Cacao (Bitter) — Deep and layered, opening with fragrant orange oils and roasted cocoa aromatics. A rich cocoa texture and bittersweet notes carry into a long finish of marmalade, gentle bark-like bitterness and warm spice.

Saltbush & Olive (Salty) — Coastal and savoury, with herbaceous olive leaf, a silky olive oil texture and a distinctly mineral, saline edge. Pink grapefruit brightens the top notes before settling into a dry, Mediterranean finish of rosemary, bay and dill.

Celery & Sichuan (Savoury) — Aromatic and umami-led, with celery seed, savoury mirepoix warmth and a clean, mouth-watering depth. Sichuan pepper lifts the palate with a tingling brightness, finishing dry with a subtle sea-breeze note and a lingering savoury snap.
